Aureza Gift Shop Cancellation Policy
At Aureza Gift Shop, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery of your special gifts. Because many of our items are personalized, handmade, or made-to-order, we have a strict cancellation policy to avoid unnecessary production waste.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be accepted, especially if the item has already entered production or has been shipped.
For personalized gifts (engraved items, photo-printed products, custom jewelry, made-to-order items, etc.), cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of order placement.
Once production begins on a personalized or custom item, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be issued for cancellation (though our standard Return & Refund Policy still applies if the item arrives damaged or defective).
To request cancellation:
Contact us as soon as possible via email at support@aurezagiftshop.com or through our website contact/chat form.
Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation (optional but helpful).
We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may refuse delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy once the item is returned to us.
If your cancellation is approved within the allowed window, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually issued within 3–5 business days.
The time it takes for the money to appear back in your account depends on your bank or card provider (usually 3–10 business days).
Note: We cannot guarantee instant refunds for cancelled orders that were paid via mobile money (e.g., M-Pesa), bank transfer, or certain payment gateways.
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation in the following cases:
The order has already been processed or shipped.
The item is a personalized/custom-made product that has entered production.
The order contains gift cards or digital products (if applicable).
All cancellation decisions are at the sole discretion of Aureza Gift Shop.
Frequent cancellation requests may result in restricted future ordering.
If your order was placed as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, we will do our best to accommodate cancellation before shipping, but we cannot intercept packages once dispatched.
